I had an excellent experience at Vans of Great Bridge. I had been shopping on their website for years prior to purchasing a van there. They have a "no haggle" pricing style which means the price is what you pay. I had no problem with this since I thought their prices were very reasonable (I had comparison shopped for a long, long time). The staff were friendly and helpful and I got a great vehicle. I worked with Tammy and she did a great job. My wife and children were very pleased. Not only do they have a lot of passenger vans, they also had a pretty big selection of work/cargo vans as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

What a fantastic buying experience. You couldn’t find a greater group of people to buy a vehicle from. Communication was fast and they answered every question I could throw at them. I’ve bought vehicles before that took me hours to sign all the paperwork and get everything set up. Vans of Great Bridge had me all set up and driving my new van down the road in about thirty minutes. I love a good family owned business and they fit that bill perfectly. Vans of Great Bridge is the only dealership I have ever been to that has such a family atmosphere. Tammy, Sherry, and Justin were more than helpful and made our 3 hour trip worth it to see the boat we had been looking for. They not only get a 5 star review from us for the sales portion of our visit but they have followed up with us to make sure everything has been in working order and offered assistance to correct another dealerships error. GOOGLE 5 STAR REVIEW ~~I spent about 2 months looking for a van for our family at the right price, with the right trim package, low mileage, and no accidents. In today's market it was a hard find, but I found it here! Tammy was more than accommodating. I live 6 hours away and had to do the entire process over the phone. I was concerned about this, but Tammy made it a breeze answering all of my questions with kindness, sincerity, and patience since I am very particular. A relative test drove it for me. They saw a couple blemishes in the paint, but Tammy was quick to get that taken care of. They were kind enough to keep it on the lot until I was able to get there to pick it up. Fast forward a week later and I have the perfect van for our family with everything I was looking for. On the way home I noticed the alignment was out. I let Tammy know and she was more than willing to pay the bill. She even gave me a small discount for the drive up. They do not haggle with the price, but with my experience I did not have to. It was the best deal I found in the Southeast of the country. Also this was the only van that I could find at this price range that came with 2 years or 60k miles left on the manufacturer warranty. Everything else I found in the used car market was as is unless I went to a dealership where the cost was equal to a new vehicle. If you are looking for a van, I cannot recommend this place enough. If I ever need a van again, I will most certainly take the 6 hour drive to get one here! They were all about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase! 5 Star GOOGLE Review...... An awesome experience!!! Tammy is amazing at making the purchase experience smooth and stressless... Options for finance were offered but I used my own credit union and it worked perfectly. NO PRESSURE is often said by a dealership however seldom seen but not at Vans of Great Bridge... NO PRESSURE is a way to do business that is so appreciated!!! Sherri and Todd were a joy to meet on the day I picked up my van and felt more like family than a auto dealership!!
